Responsibilities:
1. Playing the role of system super user of ePOP(Pricing Order Package) system, sales platform of Healthcare China.
2. Providing daily technique support and training to systems users, both frontline and supporting team, of Greater China,
3. Collecting and processing business needs regarding systems upgrade for IT development upon inputs of systems users
4. Facilitating communication between business and IT team in terms of project development
5. Supporting and coaching user test, if any
6. Working with global team and participating in global systems integration project in terms of systems development and launch
7. Backing up eCommerce specialist of ERP in short term if needed
Qualifications:
Academic: Computer science, eCommerce or IT related, Bachelor degree or above
Language: Fluent in English in addition to Mandarin
Background: Minimum 2 years experiences, familiar with SQL/Oracle database preferred
