Job Description:
Provide security advises and services
Keep country management updated of the security status in the district
Support new and existing projects in security solutions
Support security related audits/assessments/surveys, etc.
Conduct internal security assessment/audit and provide security advises to enhance the security control
Maintain the security service, including system and guard force
Investigate the security incidents and cases and suggest the corrective action plans
Provide security awareness (SAFE) training to staff in the district
Build up relationship with local customers’ security
Support customer’s security in investigation and audits
Build up good relationship with them to facilitate our investigation as well as push them to enhance their security control
Recommends process improvements for area; identifies, defines, and develops solutions to issues and problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems
Focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards, and resolving operational problems and handling disturbances
Assigns and checks work
Provides guidance and training
Provides input to recruitment, promotion, reward, and other decisions
Manages overtime
Majority of time is focused on supervising employees who perform service, production, or support work; May have full managerial responsibility (e.g., budget, revenue, operations, etc.) for a location/department
Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
Conduct performance appraisal.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

5 years in security or logistics related industry with at least 2 years in management role, preferably in MNC
Associate/bachelor degree, preferably of legal or public security related majors
Security professional certificate preferable
