Brief Posting Description:
The Delivery Program manager is responsible for the successful delivery and customer satisfaction of all services provided to a series of customers in Asia directly of via local Project Managers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful implementation project management or program management in the RETAIL sector. This particular position will certainly have regular travel through Asia.
Detailed Description: :
Monitor and support local project managers in their delivery of Retail Projects in Asia. Act as Program Manager for larger customers, again leveraging local project managers. Drive implementations by motivating and directing the virtual project management team. Identify and communicate opportunities for new business. .
Job Requirements:
Manages and controls multiple projects. Prior project and program management experience required exhibiting ability to follow solid project management principles. Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects. Strong people/communication/cultural skills to deal with company, customers, and vendors. Selling skills required at higher levels. Typically holds a BS Degree or similar and has or is in the process of obtaining PMI Certification. Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
