Our client, a leading bank, is looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- Communicate with business users to collect and analyze business needs, and recommend IT solutions to meet these requirements
- Design and develop IT solutions according to established standards, and lead development teams in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and India
- Arrange and conduct testing to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Provide technical support for business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours
- Maintain a good working relationship with business users in Hong Kong and other countries
- Work closely with IT operation teams and vendors to provide application and technical support
Requirements:-
- University graduate with a degree in an IT or a related discipline
- Between 3 to 10 years’ experience in IT software design and development
- Hands-on SAP experiences in ABAP programming, IDoc / ALE configuration, Basis Administration, FI module
- Working knowledge on some of the following technologies: Mainframe (COBOL, CICS, DB2), Server (AIX / Linux & Windows), Java, SQL, XML
- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver PI is an advantage
- SAP certification in either FI, ABAP or Basis is a plus
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with proven rapid learning capability
- Solid writing and oral communication skills in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as advantages
- Willing to occasionally travel abroad if required
- Willing to work with global colleagues outside regular office hours
