职位描述：
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, plus 3 years relative working experience.
-Experience in analog/mixed-signal or RF design, support or marketing.
-Good understanding on foundry processes, package forms & testing procedures.
-Strong written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English.
-Demonstrable leadership skills, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
-Aggressive, energetic, self-motivated and good communication skills.
-Be able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently.
-The position is based on Beijing or Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
-Lead technical interface for the product line with customers, including managing, tracking until resolution all customer reported problems, and expected to drive the integration of new KTM products into customer products.
-Provide customer support by conducting training for customers and Field Applications Engineers, competitive benchmarking, building demo boards, troubleshooting customers' applications, and gathering and distributing typical device performance data.
-Anticipates future requirements and assists in defining new devices by working with customers, design engineers and marketing managers.
-Responsible for design collaterals, including data sheet, application notes, requirement documents for new reference designs.
-Coordinate internal development and customer support activity.
-Communicate with multiple parties to drive production deliverables.
