- To lead any project allocated by the Product Care Manager and any other duties assigned by the Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To responsible for the design to cost of a function, time and quality. Driving
- To design and develop Electrical Circuitry, PLC, Graphical User Interface & Motion Control for Blow Molding Machines. Driving
- To develop and maintain Electrical Drawings and machine electrical BOM in accordance to Sidel's standards when applicable. Driving
- To write specifications and perform engineering calculations when required to validate new concepts, using the Calculation Notes Registry for traceability purposes. Driving
- To participate in the design of test benches and to follow and troubleshoot automation & electrical problems arisen from the trials. Driving
- To work closely with Mechanical Design Engineer to ensure that the Electrical, Control & Mechanical interfaces are properly integrated and able to function effortlessly. Contributing
- To work closely with relevant departments in Sidel Group, primarily: Contributing
-- Purchasing & Procurement-on technical issues related to sourcing & delivery of suitable electrical standard components at the most competitive price.
- - Production & Methods-on issues related to assembly.
-- QC-on issues related to Sidel quality standards and policies.
- The responsibility shall include but not be limited to the above items.
- The responsibility shall be reviewed based on the practical business requirement of company.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with honours
Experience:
- Min 2 years in work related to Machine Automation Design. 4 to 5 years experience is preferred
Competences / Specific knowledge:
- Must be able to speaking and writhng in English
- Good knowledge & understanding in Electrical, Control and Automation Design for machines/equipment.
- Competent in PLC programming, Electrical Circuitry for machine automation and Motion Control.
- Competent in Electrical Drafting Applications and able to produce thorough and accurate electrical drawings.
- Good inter personal,communication & presentation skills
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
