Main Responsibilities:
1.Achieve annual sales targets by promoting sales of Aero and/or INF products and maintaining effective customer relationship at assigned territory;
2. Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate technical specification and commercial terms and conditions;
3. Manage time and expenses to ensure coverage of key revenue resources while pursuing new target areas;
4.Proactively acquire new customers and develop full sales opportunities within existing accounts;
5.Understand customers' business strategies, anticipate needs and effectively present MTS as a solution partner;
6.Possess sound knowledge of MTS products and technology, and be able to sell on values;
7.Qualify sales leads, prioritize sales efforts, communicate customer's technical requirements and commercial expectations to application engineers to develop effective solutions;
8.Develop relationships at various functions and levels in customers' organizations, and ensure superior pre-sale and after-sale customer satisfactions;
9.Provide timely feedback on market trend and competitive information;
10.Track sales activities and on-going opportunities in the sales systems, i.e. salesforce.com.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES ENGINEERS:
Bachelor's degree or above in Aerospace & Aeronautic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanics Engineering discipline(s);
Knowledge of electronic-hydraulic (E-H) system (preferred), 3+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated effectiveness;
Well-understanding international business terms and conditions;
Able to communicate in written and spoken English ( fluent verbal English is preferred);
Basic computer and software skills.
