POSITION SUMMARY:
1. Drive the sales delivery of license revenue targets for Oracle Fusion Middleware and the corresponding Development Tools in the China Market
2. Evangelise Oracle Fusion Middleware in the China markets that OracleDirect supports using established processes and tools
3. Work with OracleDirect Sales and Sales Consulting to create demand for agreed Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions, and implement such demand generation programs
4. Provide an "industry peer" experience to customers and prospects by understanding their technology and business and applying Oracle based solutions
5. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of FMW Product and Development Tools, as well as competitive products and technologies and industry trends
6. Educate the OracleDirect sales force on where and how to identify opportunities with new and current customers regarding FMW solution offering.
7. Leverage resources throughout the sales division to educate OracleDirect sales reps and sales consultants in solution, product and competitive training sessions
8. Responsible for executing according to OracleDirect Business Plan
KEY RESULT AREAS:
1.Maximise license sales revenue for Oracle Fusion Middleware through the implementation of effective OracleDirect sales and go-to-market strategies
2.Provide technology and sales assistance in strategic sales opportunities
3.Enable OracleDirect Sales Representatives to sell Oracle FMW solutions
4.In conjunction with other OracleDirect lines of business, assist in the identification and implementation of effective Sales Programs to generate new business opportunities
5.In conjunction with OracleDirect Technology Sales Reps, drive sales in agreed accounts
6.Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Development Tools, competitive products and industry trends
7.Educate the OracleDirect sales force on where and how to identify opportunities with new and current customers
8.Educates the OracleDirect sales and sales consulting organizations on Oracle FMW product, competitors and industry trends
9.Assist in the implementation of initiatives and projects to achieve ¡°best practice¡± procedures, processes and systems within OracleDirect China
Qualified Candidate:
3-5 sales related experience in software solution, result-oriented
SI/ ISV background or solid experience in SOA/integration solutions
Industry Knowledge
Communication Skills:
- Skills for internal/external selling, resources coordination is a MUST
- Product sales/product manager or channel sales experience is a big plus.
- English proficiency is a plus.
