Brief description of Minimum Qualification for the Job Candidates:
1.trained as operator of CNC machines (lathe， machining center， grinding)/有数控及加工培训
2.Pofessional experience (min. 2 years) with large CNC machines， ideally working with large casting parts /至少2年的大型数控设备经验
3.Professional experience with machining tools /工作母机的工作经验
4.Read and understand of technical drawings /读懂图纸
5.Ability to work independently and willingness to shift work /能独立工作和能倒班工作
6.Preferably experience with MTX control and/or Siemens/ 有使用MTX和Siemens装置经验
7.Preferably good English and/or German language skills /流利的英语
Readiness for a 9 to 12 month training and working period in German./ 能够服从公司安排9-12个月的海外培训，能够适应倒班。
Brief Description of Job Duties ：
1. Assembly， cleaning， maintenance and measuring of tools and clamping fixtures for CNC machines (cutting， milling， turning， spindle milling， drilling， tapping/threading) /工具和数控设备夹具的组装，维护和测量
2. Monitoring the stocks at tool shop /追踪工具的进货情况
3.Scribe casting parts /抄写铸件部件
4.Activities related to Bosch Production System (Continuous Improvement Process， optimization of shop floor procedures， quick changeovers， etc.) /能持续改进，最佳化车间生产
