Our client is a leading Beijing based developer with over 20 years real estate experience in China. Their unique philosophy and development focus has resulted in becoming a dominant player in the China real estate industry today. Their core competences cover development, commercial resources, education and property management in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hunan. They currently require an experienced senior candidate to take a dual Head function across Sales and Architecture departments.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will manage and grow an existing sales and architecture team. Responsibility will include handling all sales strategies through to execution, providing best value proposition and products, sales staff training at corporate and onsite level. Lead an experienced architecture team on all structural design, dealings with consultants, contractors and documentation issues.
Requirements:
l Minimum 10 years experience of property sales
l Hold an architecture degree / qualifications.
l Character type: motivated, team leader, reliable, honest, energetic
l Frequent travel to project sites will be required
l Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English skills
This is leading role with an exceptional group with a committed pipeline of developments in across 1st and 2nd tier cities. Housing will be provided to those relocating to Beijing.
