CTO/Director of Engineering（工程/技术运营执行官或总监）
DUTIES:
1.Responsible for managing software development projects for our mobile services including SMS, MMS, WAP, and Video Streaming using J2EE architecture.
2.Lead and manage software projects through the entire software life cycle. Requires a thorough understanding of software development process including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and production support.
3.Coordinate and interface with all levels of management and staff, identify and mitigate risks, develop plans, schedules and estimates, track progress and apply corrective actions.
4.Provide training and guidance in the area of software process improvement for the engineering organization.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1.BS degree in EE or CS plus 10+ years related experience.
2.Must have excellent oral and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
3.Must have strong execution, leadership, and team building capabilities.
4.Must have excellent time management skill and a history of delivering projects on time.
5.Must have experience managing large-scale projects with language and tools familiarity in Java/J2EE environment.
6.Related mobile SP experience a big plus
7.Familiar with J2EE, JSP, XML, HTML, JDBC, Oracle PL/SQL and Unix/Linux
8.Oracle database and Apache/WebLogic web server experience required.
