Responsibility:
1.Perform tool trials and implement cost reductions
2.Provide tooling support to the machining lines
3.Troubleshooting tooling problems including implementing the solution
4.Implement systems to determine the trouble tools and solutions in improving them
5.Provide technical training for the tooling technicians
6.Support T.M.S. tool control and tool change areas
Requirements:
1.BS in Mechanics, Engineering, or related field
2.At least 4 years equivalent industrial experience
3.Ability to work with different tool geometry's and interpret their functions
4.Strong technical experience in cutter grind and tool room activities
5.Thorough knowledge of cutting tool design
6.Thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of transfer line machining.
7. English skill
