Position : Product Manager
Location : Beijing
Main Tasks:
－－ Develop and execute annual marketing plan to capture market opportunities and maximize the product value
－－ Establish proper product position and identify the target customer segment based on thorough understanding of the market situation and competition
－－ Manage the brand budget according to the market needs and company policies; realize the brand business target
－－ Provide innovative support to the sales team (detailing and educational materials, training, promotional programs, etc.)
－－ Establish and maintain strong relationship with opinion leaders
－－ Carry out relevant projects and tasks from the headquarters
Qualifications:
－－ University degree in medical or related field
－－ Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical product management
－－ Working experience in pediatrics preferred
－－ Experience in new product launch in pharmaceutical industry preferred
－－ Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
－－ Must have excellent communication skills
－－ Must be energetic, intelligent, reliable, analytical, and friendly
－－ Must have good oral and written English skills
