PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES主要工作职责 :
- Understand the account/site space strategy, develop, maintain and implement solutions within the Motorola Property Portfolio.
- Develop and maintain an affordable space strategy, associated block plan in line with business direction
- Assist customer user groups and nominated co-ordinators to establish and understand their space requirements in line with strategic direction of the group. Conduct space negotiations with customer groups, maintaining diplomacy and courtesy at all times.
- Manage user expectation in line with site/country Space Strategy and affordability.
- Negotiate space boundary changes with minimum of management supervision
- Develop outline fit up proposals by identifying suitable space for the group(s) being moved
- Respond to business driven and unplanned customer requirements, providing regular status updates to management and ensuring installation group kept fully informed at all times on project workloads. Ensure sufficient notice given to CAD/Installation group on all moves and re-arrangements, to enable compliance with Sal’s (service Level Agreements).
- Manage space allocation at an operational level in line with daily changes in headcount
- Manage all office relocations, incorporating moves and re-arrangements, in line with changes to space allocation.
- Supervise service teams and co-ordinate implementation of all moves and re-arrangements.
- Produce and adhere to a project program and cost plan.
- Provide cost effective solutions for each Space related project with a view to growing revenue and profit within the account.
- Support the Project Services Manager in delivery of projects relating to a physical change to the building fabric and environment.
- Regularly assess the portfolio for opportunity to improve utilisation / efficiency.
- Ensure visual standards in all locations maintained and improved during any space planning activity.
- Keep space data up to date (monthly) detailing ownership, space type and use? Change control process to be strictly adhered to.
- Provide accurate space and occupancy statistics for all locations as requested by either the client or the central group.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT PROFILE任职要求 :
1. Minimum a Diploma in an engineering / design or business discipline.
2. Proven successful client relationship management.
3. Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
4. Minimum of 3 years experience of Interior Design and/or block space planning
Within a building services environment.
5. Well versed in computer applications e.g. AutoCAD, Lotus Smart Suite,
Microsoft Office.
6. Well versed in English
