Purpose:
Carry out the Company’s Quality Management System;
counsel the Quality Control Manager on Turbine QC issues, and assist the QA Section to set up the QC Procedures;
Ensure that the Turbine Product(parts/assemblies) during manufacturing are met with the relevant ABP/ALSTOM and its customer’s quality requirements specified in specifications, standards, procedures and contract by means of inspection, test and measuring etc. to reach the relevant QC Objectives；
Ensure that the purchasing /bought-in products of turbine supplied by suppliers are met with the quality requirements specified in purchasing order and technical or/and quality agreement by incoming inspection.
Requirement:
College degree or above, majored in mechanical or turbine engineering;-Engineer;
at least 5 year quality control experience in large mechanical manufacturing works/companies;
at least 3 year QC experience regarding raw material, machining and assemble for large or middle turbine equipments ，best in turbine manufacturing field;
Be able to organize and compile the I & T Plans concerning steam turbine set; good team spirit;
Good English basis; be able to write and read in English, best in oral, such as read specifications, procedures, standards.
